Bruce Gillett
Founder
Bruce’s entrée to manufacturing began when he was a teenager, back in Oklahoma. It was there that he attended welding school, and he took his welding skills to Arizona, where he honed his skills in precision fabrication. His employer at the time, Midland Precision, offered fabrication and machining, and it is here that Bruce learned the skills of machining.
Over the past decades, Bruce worked for a number of well-known machine shops in the valley, but he always had a dream of owning his own business. Today, this is a reality. Bruce says, “I sold investments because I didn’t want to launch my business encumbered by debt.”
